Pricing & payment

The prices of all McDonagh Design’s Artfulmind^® items are shown in Australian dollars (AUD)
Online payments are processed in Australian dollars through Shopify or Paypal.

Shipping

Orders within Australia are sent via Parcel Post with tracking.
Delivery 2-5 business days.

Coaching session vouchers are delivered free of charge.

International orders are sent via Express Post.
Delivery 5-10 business days.

Orders placed on weekends and Australian public holidays will be
processed and packaged the following business day.

International customers

Please note the amount charged to your credit card or debited from your bank account may differ
slightly from the price shown at the checkout due to currency conversion rates and any transaction
fees your bank may charge.

Items entering a foreign country from Australia may be subject to customs inspection and
assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country. As the buyer
you are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred.

Return & exchanges

McDonagh Design ensures all Artfulmind^® items leave the studio in good condition
and is well wrapped for transit. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please email
McDonagh Design within 7 days to have the item(s) replaced, and the cost of return postage
credited to you.

McDonagh Design is keen you get the right Artfulmind^® product for your purpose. If you would like advice
before you place your order you are welcome to email Dr Natalie McDonagh.

If you should find you have chosen the wrong merchandise return it within 7 business days to
exchange it for a better suited product or refund. If you need to return or exchange an item, before
you do so, please email McDonagh Design.

Availability

Artfulmind^® items are produced in small batches. If there is any delay in supplying items you have chosen you will be advised within 24 hours of placing your order.

Privacy

At the time of placing a merchandise order, you can choose to agree to McDonagh Design
contacting you in the future, by email, with an occasional bulletin.
Alternatively, you can use our subscriber form to opt-in to our mailing list.

McDonagh Design is committed to respecting your privacy; we ensure that all the information you
provide will be collected and managed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act.
Your personal information will never be disclosed to persons or entities outside of McDonagh Design.

You can unsubscribe from our emails whenever you wish.

Taking Care of Business

Care is a fundamental principle underpinning both McDonagh Design’s
creative and business practices.

McDonagh Design:

• - takes a responsible approach to the selection and use of paper and materials;
• - develops long-term, sound relationships with any individuals and companies
  involved in making Artfulmind merchandise;
• - uses a national network of print houses to minimise transport of large orders.
  Wherever possible these are companies accredited carbon neutral, and that
  use paper from sources certified to international standard of plantation management;
• - pays all artisans and assistants fair rates agreed in advance,
  covers any out-of-pocket expenses, and pays on time.
