Pricing & payment

The prices of all Natalie McDonagh’s Artfulmind^® items are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) Online payments are processed in Australian dollars through Shopify or Paypal.

Shipping

All Artfulmind^® items are shipped free of charge within Australia via Australia Post with tracking.

Orders are typically processed and shipped with 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and Australian and NSW public holidays will be fulfilled the following business day

International shipping can be arranged at cost. Contact Natalie McDonagh to make arrangements to purchase and pay for international orders including cost of shipping.

Items entering a foreign country from Australia may be subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country. The buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred.

Availability

If there is any delay in supplying items you have chosen you will be advised within 24 hours of placing your order.

Return & exchanges

Natalie McDonagh ensures all Artfulmind^® items leave the studio in good condition and are well wrapped for transit.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please email Natalie McDonagh within 7 days to have the item(s) replaced where multiples are available, or to receive a suitable substitute of a unique item, or to receive a refund. The cost of return postage will be credited to you.

At the time of placing an order, you can choose to agree to Natalie McDonagh contacting you in the future, by email, with an occasional bulletin.

Taking Care

Care is a fundamental principle in Natalie McDonagh’s creative practice:

• - Artfulmind^® things are typically hand made of existing materials on hand, including paper.
• - Things that may require commercial printing or some sort of manufacturing, wherever possible, are produced by companies that are accredited carbon neutral
• - Any artisans or assistants that may be commissioned are paid fair rates agreed in advance, have any out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed, and are paid on time.
